the event
It is our goal to offer an event that is both fun and challenging for the fitness community of Douglas County. This is NOT specific to just those attending a CrossFit box. The event will combine functional, gymnastic and traditional lifting movements but will be familiar to all no matter where you work out. This will be an opportunity to put all those hours in the gym to the test.

The Where:
FSC CrossFit
Divisions:
o Male/Male - Advanced (Rx) Team
o Female/Female - Advanced (Rx) Team
*The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight,
and gymnastic movements.
o Male/Male - Scaled Team
o Female/Female - Scaled Team
*The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.
The Fine Print:
*Participants must reside in Douglas County OR
*Open to all level of athletes over the age of 18
*All athletes will be required to sign a waiver
The Cost:
o $100 per team* – The deadline to get a t-shirt, is 1/14.
From 1/15 on, the price will drop to $95, but you will not receive any apparel for a sign up. This is to ensure we have everything ready from the vendor by the competition.
o Fee includes
– 3 competition workouts +1 Auxiliary + finals for top teams
– Event T-shirt
– Swag bags for first 50 teams signed up
o Entry fee cannot be refunded, but it can be transferred to another team up to 1 week before the event.
The Prizes:
Cash for winners: (Split between winning team)
o First Place: $500* + Trophy
o Second Place: $300* + Trophy
o Third Place: $200* + Trophy
* Cash prizes contingent upon 100 athlete participation (which we hope for) and ONLY FOR Rx TEAMS.
* Scaled teams receive a trophy and swag!!!
